The cult TV series about the lives and loves of a group of rather attractive LA lesbians. Groundbreaking stuff on many fronts.

Highly anticipated, this provocative TV drama is a telling portrayal of the real lives of lesbians living in LA. Starring beautiful newcomers Mia Kirshner and Leisha Hailey, as well as acclaimed actresses Pam Grier (Jackie Brown) and Jennifer Beals (Flashdance), THE L WORD has become a firm favourite with guest stars and has featured appearances from: Anne Archer, Rosanna Arquette, Lolita Davidovich, Snoop Dogg and Kelly Lynch.

The four disc DVD box set includes all eleven one hour episodes from Season One as well as a bonus disc of extras:

Great piece of Television

About time we got a decent lesbian television series. Cannot wait for Season 2 to come out. Long live the L Word

Great lesbian series

I was a big fan of Queer as Folk but now Im an even bigger fan of the L word. It portrays lesbians in a different light than what we see today's media does. Highly entertaining and fantastic to watch. I'd set some time aside in the evening with some take aways to watch this. You'll wanna know what happens in season 2 after this!

Just what a girl needs

This is truly a fantastic series. It's kind of like the lesbian version of Sex and the city and i would recommend it to anyone. Absoltuely cannot wait for the release of Season 2.

Brilliant L-Word

Happy to say that we in Denmark also have been lucky to see the L-Word on National TV - after 11PM off course.......Looking forward to the next release.
