"How care should be"

I want to say on behalf of my family – our heartfelt thanks for the excellent care your team gave to our family member, especially during the palliative phase. They were exceptional and restored our faith in how care should be. They treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved. At one of the most difficult, emotional and highly sensitive times, your team was an absolute godsend and despite our heartache, their kindness and care was superb, not just to our beautiful lady, but to us.  From the bottom of our hearts – their presence will be remembered. They made a difficult situation and little easier to bear.
