"Appreciation for excellent service"

I am writing in order to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service Libertas provided to my wife after her discharge from hospital.

All the staff who provided the reablement care to my wife were a credit to the company. They were both professional and caring in their approach, particularly in encouraging her to walk and caring for her personal needs, doing so in a patient and understanding manner.

I would like to also say that they presented a smart and professional appearance, which I consider is important in projecting the right image of the company.

To conclude — a big thank you from my wife and I.
