I cannot praise the Libertas reablement service enough, it is truly wonderful!! I was so overwhelmed by the situation caused by my illness, but reassured instantly by Jess on assessment that it would all work out…and it has!

Anita came to my rescue on the first morning of care, friendly, matter of fact, cheerful, encouraging and kind. I was immediately put at ease, much more confident about my future, all in 40 minutes!

Richard, Helen, Brenda all supported, helped and motivated me to try to help myself and become more independent over the days and weeks. Becky was so kind and very understanding and knowledgeable about the service.

This team have enabled be to be the real ME, and I cannot thank them enough.
