Care where you want it most, at home

When things get difficult at home, one of the first things to suffer can be our independence, we are often less able to do do some of the things we like to do.This is where Libertas can help.

From a trusted care provider

We have 17 years of experience supporting both adults and older people in Lincolnshire. We work effectively with clients, their families and our staff to support people where and when they need it most - in their own house or getting out and about in the community.

Important Notice for Allied Healthcare Employees and Customers in Lincolnshire

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) issued a notice on 5 November 2018 raising concerns about the ability of Allied Healthcare to continue operating after 14 December 2018.

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has secured leading home care provider, Libertas, to provide alternative provision to service users who were previously engaged with Allied Healthcare.

Libertas would like to reassure Allied Healthcare employees and service users that they will transition services with as little disruption as possible. Employee jobs are safe. Customers will continue to receive support and care as usual. Both Libertas and LCC are all working hard, and in partnership, to ensure a safe, effective and controlled transfer of the service.

If you would like more information please contact us and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
